Project Description:
1997 - After winning the international competition in architecture and master planning, the design developed a well- balanced urban city which became one of the pilot projects in urban planning and architectural design, it provides an integrated model comprising of buildings and multipurpose squares within the urban fabric.
This project included the development of Sidon current waterfront and its old city, in addition to setting a new layout for the whole district, which would contribute to the building’s design that respect aspects of history and tradition of the place and that highlights the architectural development eras of the city of Sidon over the years
