2017 - Inspired by the falcon, the national bird of the UAE, the Jumeirah Gate Project adopts a symmetrical façade that encompasses ‘wings’ and a central entrance that gives the user a sense of arrival.
The modern, minimal, and distinctive features of the design of this project capture the essence of sustainable living by producing modular apartment designs to decrease constructability cost, as well as carefully chosen construction materials that are durable and require low maintenance.
