Project Description:

2018 - The project objective is to develop Comprehensive Architectural Master Plan of Three Palaces for Client’s land located in Fujairah. MIMIC is a progressive consulting and development firm supporting this project as a client representative through the full project lifecycle.
Project’s site is located in the Southern part of Al Fujairah surrounded by mountains on a land with 3,796,380 m² approximate area. The existing site contains many prestigious and valuable buildings like the Shiekh’s palace, farms and heritage village that will affect the Master planning and design concept. The masterplan components have been classified and divided mainly into three zones based the privacy level, the private zone in the master plan shall include the palaces, helipad, club house, majlis, seating areas, water features gardens and the garage building which will be linked to the main palace. The semipublic zone shall include the zoo, Shaikh’s farms, Majlis will be combined with the meeting and office spaces, gardens and seating areas. The public zone shall include the mosque, worker accommodations jogging and cycle tracks, parks and gardens.

The design intent is to create distinguished, innovative and homogenous design that respecting all project components, achieving client’s requirements and encompass the sustainability (ESTIDAMA pearl 2 rating), Feng Shui design criteria. The project shall be designed based on the EVG 3‐D construction system (for non‐load bearing walls) resulting in light weight structure, reduced construction time and optimized MEP design with high energy saving
