Project Description:

2018 - A concept for the Dubai Municipality (DM) which includes a world class Archaeological Museum at the Dubai Creek in Al Shindagha Historical District. The concept of this project incorporated strong focus on the visitors’ experience, and through exhibits as Museums are considered places where the knowledge learned through history. The design of the building is a sculptural masterpiece that emerges naturally from the ground level, while activating the fifth elevation which is the roof. The roof is accessible to the public where scenery onto the Dubai harbor can be enjoyed. Strong focus was put on the visitor experience, and the exhibits and media were meant to convey the powerful stories of Dubai in a compelling, educational and inspiring fashion to facilitate a transformational experience for the visitors.
